Ideally located 1.8 km from the charming port of Lesconil and the large white sandy beach. Living room, open kitchen, living room/wood-burning stove, sofa bed, bathroom: shower and toilet. Upstairs on mezzanine, the staircase to access it is steep, with 2 beds (90 x 200). Beds are made on arrival for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. From the private swimming pool, open in summer season, to which only residents have access, you can directly access the beach through a gate. Our apartment is conveniently located on the quays of the Port du Rosmeur with its cafes, restaurants, and warm atmosphere. You also have a beach where you can swim. The city center, Les Halles, the bus, are within a 5-minute walk. An unmissable walk awaits you from the apartment: the Plomarc'h coastal path that connects the Port du Rosmeur to Ris Beach.

The apartment is located in the heart of Douarnenez, an ideal location for a very nice vacation, everything is within walking distance: port museum, city center, beach, shops, cafes and restaurants with terraces, Tourist Office 500 m away. On the third floor of a secure residence with a bird's eye and panoramic view of the entire Port Rhu. The apartment is large and very bright. Wi-Fi with fiber optics.
