From the private swimming pool, open in summer season, to which only residents have access, you can directly access the beach through a gate. Beautiful gîte close to the sea and Douarnenez

Nestled away amongst several acres of lush woodland in the heart of the Breton countryside is the wonderfully charming gîte of Moulin de Kerdunic. A former watermill restored into a stunning gîte, the property boasts beautifully landscaped gardens with an array of native woodland flowers; a picturesque pond where you can see small trout leaping from the water; a natural stream running across the gardens and a small waterfall flowing down one side of the gîte.

The floor consists of a bedroom with two 90x200 beds, a bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a bathroom (new shower installed mid-October 2025) and a separate toilet.

You'll love my place for the view and comfort. It is good for couples. My accommodation is located at Port RHU near Tristan Island and Tréboul marina. You can access the city centre of Douarnenez, the beach, the 3 ports of Rosmeur, RHU and Tréboul on foot. Close to bars and restaurants and in Tréboul the thalasso centre. My apartment is on the 3rd and top floor. For parking, no problem, 2 free car parks nearby.

Located on the 2nd and top floor, in a quiet residence overlooking the port rhu, 51 m2 furnished tourist apartment. You can walk to the center of Douarnenez with all its shops, supermarket open from 7am to 9pm, the museum, ports, beaches… free parking next to the apartment, garage available for bicycles, and possibility to park in the garage. Please note, the garage is very small (see pictures).
