Accessible entrance, living-dining area, fireplace, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Outdoor area: terrace, garden, barbecue 2 car parking spaces, max. 2 dogs are welcome.

An unique tranquil living space can comfortably accomodate 2-7 persons. Furnishings include queen size beds, bright pool room and an inviting bar. Glass doors open up onto wooden terraces and a koi pond. An adjacent grill under a vine-covered pergola overlooks a large (1400sqm) well-kept garden. It has a private entrance with ample parking. We live on the top floor of the house, but we give our guests their space and guests have most of the garden to themselves. Easily accessible from the A3.

The accommodation was designed with a lot of love for detail. The house shines with independence and special character. The house is heated with a wood pellet heating system. The electricity is generated by a hydroelectric power station adjacent to the valley mill. Sandbox, barbecue area in the garden, table tennis, table soccer, plenty of space to play and direct access to cycling and hiking trails offer you the conditions for a pleasant stay. A place to relax and enjoy.

Schladern - Large home, private

Dog-friendly home. ENTIRE HOUSE: If you'd like to book the entire house, no problem. Only possible with a booking of 9 or more guests. CORONA UPDATE: To limit risks of transmission, I have moved to an apartment in the cellar. The kitchen and dining/living rooms may be used at any time. These former "communal areas" are now private during your stay - just for you. 4 bedrooms (each sleeps up to 3 people, more if you don't mind being a bit squeezed) and 2 full baths.

OASIS - of tranquility - in the middle of the beautiful nature of the Westerwald! Large, secluded property - forest and hiking trails - Westerwaldsteig - right in front of the door. Motorway connection A3 Neuwied/Altenkirchen (No. 36) 6 km away! It is important to note here that parties, loud shouting, etc. are not allowed here, so we kindly ask you to refrain from bachelor parties, party gatherings, etc. Our vacation home is not suitable for this.

Whether you are passing through, on a motorcycle tour or want to spend a relaxing time in the Puderbacher Land - this is the right place for you. Cycling and hiking trails start right outside the front door, and in just a few steps you are surrounded by greenery.

Westerwald time out

"Time out" is the motto here and stands for a few relaxing days in our cozy wooden hut on the edge of the Holzbach Gorge, in the "Fohlenwiese vacation village." The surroundings offer hiking trails (directly on the Westerwaldsteig) as well as swimming lakes and vast forests that can be explored by bike... For absolute relaxation, we offer an infrared heat cabin for two people.
