Exceptional new holiday villa on Hvar Island

After 5 years of careful planning and construction, Nine Olives Hvar, my purpose-built holiday house was completed in June 2024. It offers exceptional design and views, with magnificent sunsets. Many guests have now enjoyed it. All have praised both the house and location. Nine Olives Hvar is a short stroll to a beautiful beach and swimming area, and to the lovely town of Stari Grad. It is easy to get to by ferry from Split and Dubrovnik. I can promise you a truly memorable vacation. David

The villa is newly built for maximum comfort and luxury with 4 ensuite bedrooms and all other amenities you can need. Fantastic stone house on the Makarska Riviera. A unique villa with an indoor pool, outdoor pool and sauna. The vacation home was completed in 2022 after 5 years of hard work and a lot of love for detail. The house is equipped with an open living and dining room and has 2 spacious bedrooms on the upper floor, each with a bathroom. The highlight of this villa is the interior and exterior. It doesn't get any more luxurious than this.
