Sunny 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, including a private balcony with seaview, private parking, access to a beautiful shared pool (open mid-June to mid-Sept), tennis court, playground & restaurant. The apartment is part of the residential complex named "Il Carrubo", 5 min drive from the historical harbour, restaurants and shops. It has one master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a double room with two single beds (and a crib for small children), and a third small bedroom for 1-2 people

One bedroom, ground floor of our villino on the bay of small village Pozzarello. independent entrance with some shared outside areas. on the BEACH but on the road too, so do expect some car noise in season, access the beach by a private underpass in 30 seconds- never needing to cross the road great for family. Lovely & cool in summer with aircon. fenced in outdoor space. Parking included and right outside the house gate. Park and then walk or bike for the rest of your stay in the area.

La mia casa è situata in pieno centro storico e si affaccia sulla piazzetta della chiesa a due passi dal lungomare di Porto S. Stefano. La casa ha un ingresso indipendente ed è composta da cucina abitabile collegata all’ampio soggiorno, due camere e due bagni. Dispone anche di un piccolo ripostiglio con lavatrice e di un balcone. L’interno è stato recentemente ristrutturato con finiture di pregio ed un arredo che unisce mobili moderni con elementi originali degli anni 60.
