Una bomboniera di appartamento totalmente e recentemente ristrutturato e centralissimo, a due passi dal lungomare (200m) ma protetto dal chiasso dei locali direttamente sul porto. Fermata del bus sotto casa (per spiaggia della Feniglia, Orbetello..) e tutti i servizi a pochi passi (Coop, alimentari, tabacchi, giornali, gastronomie, farmacia, bar, boutique e ristoranti).
