The villa offers a luxurious setting for relaxation - the glow of the fireplace, the warmth of the outdoor hot tub, the soft sauna and a refreshing dip in the lake. This is where the moments that are not forgotten are born.

Atmospheric cottage with partial glass roof

A unique cottage with a partial glass roof, built in 2019, in a naturally beautiful environment by the lake. The cottage has a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator and toaster. You can only enjoy ready meals. Fireplace/shelter on the beach. Parking space in the yard. In winter, you can walk on the ice. 17 km to the airport, 13 km to the nearest City market and 17 km to the city center. The host lives in the same yard. Guests are allowed to move freely in the yard. The neighbors' yards are private.

Tarujärven mökki

Log cabin approx. 80m2, upstairs sleeping area divided into two parts, one with a wide double bed, balcony and the other with a slightly smaller double bed and a fold-out bed. The upstairs sleeping area can accommodate 6 people. Downstairs there is an open kitchen/living room. Access to the sauna from the terrace, the sauna has a wood-fired stove with a water tank. The water used for washing must be prepared by yourself (no shower). The toilet (outdoor toilet) and the wooden toilet are in another building.

Sonka Resort’s Mirror Houses are set by a frozen lake, surrounded by forest and open sky. Each cabin has a mirrored exterior for privacy, a lake-view glass wall, double bed, sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom, Wi-Fi, and a projector screen. Local breakfast is available on request with at least three days’ notice. With several BBQ kotas on the premises, guests can enjoy outdoor cooking anytime. Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Experience our unique Aurora igloo. Clamping near the city centre but still next to the forest. See and feel the frost around you but enjoy the warmness of the real fire and down blanket. Enjoy Lapland! We have only one igloo in our garden and it is one of a kind! You may also use the garden around for winter fun activities. We have sledges and shuffles for your use. There is no jacuzzi/hot tub or sauna available in this accommodation I am afraid.

Holiday Home Lumimarja

Welcome to the middle of nature to enjoy the cozy atmosphere of a log cabin. This holiday home, built in 2013, is located only about a 30-minute drive from the center of Rovaniemi and Santa Claus Village. The cabin has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a fireplace, and a wood-fired sauna where you can experience the Finnish sauna culture. There is also a private lean-to (laavu) on the premises.
