Ad uso cliente vengono forniti le asciugamani e l'asciugacapelli. E' a disposizione una cucina spaziosa, attrezzatissima, recentemente ristrutturata, con lavanderia (lavatrice e asciugatrice). Un salotto stanza da pranzo, anch'essi di larghe dimensioni. Terrazza accessibile dalla seconda camera da letto, con piante e salotto esterno.
