Elegantes Brooklyn-Style-Loft im Herzen Hamburgs

Our loft is located in the rear courtyard of a heritage red clinker brick complex from the 1920s. We have renovated an old light-filled workshop with a lot of love for detail with metal and oak. We offer: - 5 meter high ceilings - Fully-equipped open kitchen - a modern bathroom with Rainshower shower head - a spacious living area. Up in the gallery is a comfortable double bed. Please do not inquire about events, film shoots or the like. Guests have access to the entire loft. We live just minutes away and are happy to assist our guests. Hoheluft-West is in the heart of the city, less than two kilometers from the Schanzenviertel, three kilometers from the Alster and four kilometers from the harbor. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. Hoheluftbrücke (U3) and Schlump (U2) U-Bahn subway stations are minutes away. Bus 181 stops almost right in front of the building, and buses M4 and M5 stop less than 100 meters away. In the vicinity, you can park almost anywhere on the street. Smoking is not allowed. Smoking outside the front door is okay, but after 10 pm please do not speak loudly because of the neighbors. Definitely do not use the flower pots as ashtrays (someone has already done that...)!

The refuge, central Altona old town, self check-in

The refuge is located next to the pedestrian zone Altona-Altstadt between a restaurant and a SHISHA BAR!!! They're sometimes loud! The rooms are a separate unit in the basement with daylight; the train station is 3 minutes away, the Elbe and Reeperbahn are within walking distance, the city center is 12 minutes away by S-Bahn. Check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out at 11:00 am. No kitchen! The apartment is located in converted commercial premises. Housing protection number 23-0034073-24

Bright class apartment with garden in the south of Hamburg

496 / 5.000 We are renting out our small 20 sqm apartment in the basement. It has a large living room with a new double bed (queen size), desk, closet, table and armchair. There is a kitchen and a toilet. The shower is in the side entrance. The apartment has a beautiful large window and is very bright and recently renovated. WiFi is available. We are 30 minutes from Hamburg Town Hall (City), good connections. There are shops as well as a pharmacy and restaurants nearby.

First occupancy after complete renovation! Beautiful apartment in a quiet location on the edge of the Schanzenviertel. Stay in the merchant's villa, built in 1885 and renovated in 2020, in a traffic-calmed residential street. Old-build charms with modern hotel-like amenities, improved soundproofing and well-equipped kitchen. Within walking distance are numerous bars and restaurants in the popular Sternschanze district. Child-friendly neighborhood with playgrounds.

Sunny apartment with two rooms

The bright, sunny attic apartment with two rooms has a nice atmosphere. Through the separate entrance from the staircase you enter the anteroom, from which room 1 and room 2 and the bathroom open. Room 1 has two windows (south and west) and a beautiful view of the countryside. Room 2 has two beautiful wooden beds. The floorboards, which are only partially covered with carpet, create a warm and quiet feeling of space.

Beautiful very quiet apartment in the middle of St.Pauli

In the middle of St. Pauli is our beautiful apartment with two bedrooms and a spacious kitchen with dining table. In addition to a full bathroom with a bathtub, there is also a separate toilet. Since the bedrooms are located to the backyard, it is very quiet there. Nevertheless, the Reeperbahn, Davidstraße and Hans-Albers-Platz are only a few minutes' walk away. The bedrooms are bright and sunny in good weather.

Apartment is fully equipped. For your information; in unfavorable wind conditions, you can hear the highway. You can always hear something, we are also not in the village.
