The house sits right on the water with a semi private pier (shared with the Airbnb bungalows behind Casa Playa but NOT with the public) complete with lights, electricity, cleaning table, rod holders and benches. Upstairs - the main house -has one bed/ bath with full kitchen; living room with futon, TV and dedicated work space. Sleeps 4. Downstairs - has a separate entry with two beds, one futon and one bath; mini kitchen and TV. Sleeps 6.
