the house (60 m2) on the ground floor, located in a cul-de-sac, with stunning views of the Berre pond, suitable for a couple with 2 children or 3 adults. 2 terraces where you can sit for breakfast or meals: one at the entrance of the cottage, the other at the back. your car will be parked inside the garden enclosed by a gate. we live in the adjoining house, but we assure you of our discretion.

Air-conditioned studio of about 30M2 in Port de Bouc, you will have access to several beaches in a few minutes by car. Located in my main residence it has an independent entrance you will have free access to it without having to go through our house.
