The cottage is fully self-contained and suitable for short or longer term stays. It is ideally situated for day trips to the Kauri forests near Dargaville and to Northland's stunning Bay of Islands. Day trips to nearby beaches are a must, particularly in the warmer months.

The property boasts privacy with its long driveway, electric gate entrance and surrounding brick wall. The Guesthouse is privately nestled behind your host's historic 1906 Villa, with views of Parihaka Mountain.

Our cabin is a cosy retreat set in our garden. It has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. It is only 20 minutes from central Whangarei and 10 minutes from Kamo, Maungatapere and SH1 so if you are travelling it would be great a place to stay. Our garden cabin would be suitable for very good value medium to long term stays.
