The Tiny (off grid) House on Wai Māhanga Farm

Your Air Conditioned accoms are a small Off Grid Tiny Home. It is situated in Taumārere just 3 kms out of Kawakawa on SH11 on the way to Paihia on our working Regenerative Farm. Specifically built for couples to enjoy the privacy and beautiful farm views over green paddocks to the Cycleway and Vintage Railway which border our property. The tiny house is intimate, open plan, with a small kitchen incl a double gas stovetop and a decent wee fridge/freezer. Internet is provided through Starlink!

1. The Treetops @ #10 Abri

The Treetops is a self-contained luxurious studio cedar chalet nestled in a private sub-tropical garden with a wonderful sea view. Featuring spacious Open Plan Living, furnished with a King Bed, double Spa Bath, separate shower cubicle, full Kitchen facilities and a BBQ on your deck; as well as having air-conditioning (Heat Pump/climate control), Freeview TV, Netflix and Free WiFi. The Treetops has 32 external stairs from the car park up to the entrance door. Not suitable for children.

Studio 10 - Treetops & Sea Views, Walk Into Paihia

Studio 10 is a light and sun filled apartment surrounded by native bush with views down to Paihia and the bay. Enjoy the birdsong & relax in your own tranquil tropical space. Beaches and Paihia town with boutiques, cafes, bars and supermarkets are a short walk downhill. Walk to the wharf and catch a ferry to historic Russell.
