Stone farmhouse in Val D'Orcia

19th-century Tuscan farmhouse with exposed stones immersed in the wonderful Tuscan countryside with a splendid view of the Val di Chiana. It is surrounded by a 6-hectare park with an olive grove of 300 plants. It is located in Sarteano, in the village, an ancient medieval village with a dream castle, known for the Music and Jazz Festival that takes place at the end of summer. We are in the beautiful Val d'Orcia, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site since 2004.

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.

AgriHouse is located on our farm Il Fossile on the slopes of Mount Peglia, an area recently proclaimed a UNESCO MAB Reserve. The farmhouse consists of 3 bedrooms, for a total of 8 beds and 2 bathrooms. Outside the pool, with a panoramic view for your exclusive use. The agricultural activity consists of extensive outdoor breeding of animals (poultry and pigs) and the direct sale of eggs, vegetables, fresh and processed meat.

Villa Incanto is an exclusive residence set up on the ground floor of an old stone farmhouse. Those who decide to stay there will therefore have total privacy. Villa Incanto is located within a 20-hectare estate that enjoys a hillside location offering a wonderful panoramic view of the Umbrian hills. Ideal for a relaxing holiday and sampling the typical local products. Tourist tax of €1.50 per day for the first 5 days.
