Welcome to my waterside apartment. Brand new first floor apartment located on the edge of Poole quay. The apartment is bright and airy and comes with a designated parking space for your use. You will have access to all the amenities within my apartment from the tv, sound systems and WiFi to the whole kitchen, dishwasher and washer dryer. The apartment is set up to cater for anyone ranging from couples wanting a break away, small groups visiting Dorset to business people who want to feel at home

Bournemouth and Sandbanks are a 25 minute walk along the promenade. Bus stop at the end of the road will take you to Bournemouth and the Purbecks.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

A 10 minute drive or bus ride will take you to some of our beautiful sandy beaches including award winning Sandbanks. You will never be short of something to do here without having to venture very far. Excellent transport links.
