Rénové en conservant l'identité hédoniste du lieu, l'espace est articulé autour d'une salle de 140 m2 ou vous pourrez nager, déjeuner, vous relaxer ou écouter de la musique, et d’un grand salon de 40 m2 avec billard, tv de 2 m de diagonale, canal+... casque virtuel, vidéothèque, bibliothèque. Tennis accessible à tout moment.

Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a totally independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from 26 June to 6 September.
