The house is located in the heart of the WWF nature reserve "Ghirardi", a 370-hectare nature reserve located in the Province of Parma, Emilia-Romagna. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
