Located in the center of Pontechianale in fraz. Maddalena near the lake and the chairlift, there are: market, bakery, bars and restaurants/pizzeria. The accommodation is a large, well exposed and bright environment with two internal rooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. There is a recently renovated kitchenette and bathroom. There is also a large and spacious place/cellar where you can store any bicycles, skis, toboggans, etc.
