The Ponte Vecchio is 200 meters away and in a 5 minutes walk, you can reach the city center. The water boiler sometimes needs to be restarted. It's outside of the kitchen, there in an on/off button, you just need to turn it on and off. If all the utilities are on at the same time the light may go down, the breaker is next to the main entrance, inside the apartment. I also work for a hot air balloon company, if you are up for some adventure, you just need to ask me. The apartment is in the heart of ancient Florence—perfect for exploring the many nearby landmarks. You won't need a car, everything is at walking distance. In case you will arrive with a rented car, there is a parking next to the aparment that charges 35eur/day.

Charming apartment, located above Ponte Vecchio at 5th floor with elevator. Situated in an ancient stone tower, rebuilt after the war. The apartment is on 5th floor, elevator after 12 stairs. Al the most important cultural sites are at walking distance. The area is full of very famous restaurants and bar. The apartment has a large terrace with view ( 20 square meters) It has an entrance, full equipped kitchen, large living room, bedroom and bathroom with shower and washing machine. Wi-fi free

The warmth of a nest a stone's throw from Ponte Vecchio

My husband and I have lived in the house for eight years, a great love binds us to this space and in making it available to guests we hope it will be their home during their stay in Florence. You can use a well-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge, espresso machine, kettle with a selection of teas and herbal, toaster the necessary to cook (salt, pepper, oil..). In the bathroom you will find shampoo and shower gel you can use on your needs but with attention to sharing with others.

DB House si trova nel cuore del centro storico di Firenze in contesto silenzioso, a soli 200 mt da Ponte Vecchio e poco più dagli Uffizi e Palazzo Pitti. L’appartamento, appena ristrutturato, è un monolocale al terzo e ultimo piano (senza ascensore e scale tipiche degli edifici storici fiorentini, quindi un po’ scomode, strette e ripide) di una palazzina tipica. Le due finestre consentono di affacciarsi sui caratteristici tetti rossi dalle quali si può ammirare la Torre di Palazzo Vecchio.
