By car 10 min. from Bologna International Airport, 5 minutes from the Unipol Arena and 15 min. from the station and the historic center. The nearest supermarket is 150 meters from the front door. We are a 5-minute walk from the suburban train that connects us with Bologna station in 20 minutes. The bus stop is 3 minutes away on foot and you can reach various destinations, see the TPER website

Andrew's house was born on the ruins of an old cellar. The apartment is located a short distance from the train station, 15 km from Bologna and 20 km from Modena on the historic Via Emilia, built by Marco Emilio Lepido. Nearby there are internationally renowned companies, such as DUCATI motorcycles, GD packaging, PHILLIPS MORRIS, CARPIGIANI gelato. It is also close to the A1 highway exit Valsamoggia. It is well connected with the two neighboring cities by bus service.

Perched on top of a hill in the countryside between Bologna and Modena, this lodge is a great location for exploring the area. It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby.
