Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Ideally located on the wine route, between Nuits-Saint-Georges and Beaune, loft on the first floor of our main residence (28 m2), with private covered terrace (20 m2) overlooking the classified vineyards. Saltwater pool, heated from May 1st to September 30th, private parking, independent entrance. Tastefully decorated, equipped kitchen, 140 cm adjustable HD screen, Wi-Fi. Brazier available. La ch'tite baraque

Small renovated house, located next to our main accommodation. Guests can park their vehicle in the yard, which is closed by an automated gate. The house has a living room with basic kitchenette, sofa bed for 2 people, TV, Wi-Fi, bathroom with shower, and upstairs a landing/office and a large bedroom for 2 people with 160 cm bed. Linens and towels provided. Next to the accommodation, there is a locked barn to park bicycles, motorcycles, etc.
