This 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor in the Old Town of Viljandi, a 5-minute walk from Viljandi Lake. The nearest shop is located 400 meters away. Viljandi Castle Ruins is a 10-minute walk away. There are 4 apartments in the house and the neighbours need to be considered as well. The apartment can accommodate 4 guests. To the rear of the house is the garden, barbecue corner and lounge nook which are shared. Parking is not available in the yard, the closest option is “Mountain” Street (150m from the house) or the parking lot of Lake Viljandi (250m from the house). Domestic animals welcome.

Korter mahutab 2 külalist. Parkimine pole hoovis võimalik, lähim võimalus on “Mäe” tänav (150m majast) või Viljandi järve parkla (250 m). Korter asub tänava ääres.

Adorable Saunahouse with Patio, near Lake Viljandi

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

Talukinnistu suurel territooriumil on võimalik jalutada mööda jõeäärt ning argipäevade muredest lahti ühendada. Lisatasu eest on võimalik lõõgastuda jõe ääres asuvas led valgustuse ja mullidega kümblustünnis või puuküttega saunas, kust avaneb imeline vaade Põltsamaa jõele.

Wonderful little cabin where to spend cozy nights viewing sunset. Next to the cabin is a nice and clean beach, where You can go fishing, swim or do ohter watersports. Nearby forests are rich in berries and mushrooms. Cabin has a small kitchen, toilet, shower- everything you need for also a longer stay. Visit Võrtsjärv.
