The holiday home Mala in Preko on the island of Ugljan is the right place to escape the city crowds and hustle and bustle. Here you forget problems, breathe deeply, think clearly and rest. The house is a combination of the old and the new, we have renovated the old house, but the traces of the past remain. It has two terraces, which are used as the sun shines on the courtyard. The morning, western one is where you drink coffee, and the afternoon northern one is for dining. In the evening, you can relax with a glass of good wine or a cocktail on one of them.

Opustite se sa svojom obitelji u ovom ugodnom smještaju, koji se nalazi na samom moru. Prvi red do mora pruža jedinstven osjećaj odmora i dodira s prirodom. Raskoš mirisa , zvukova i boja kakav samo jedan otok može imati . Kuća je nova , izgradnja 2024.g. Uređena u ugodnom stilu mediterana i bogato opremljena . Pogled na more pruža se iz svake spavaće sobe . Udaljenost do trgovine i restorana je 300 m . Otok je dobro povezan trajektnim linijama iz Zadra i Biograda na moru, svakih sat vremena.

Shop & restaurant 50 m, sandy beach 200 m. 70 m from the centerParking & bus station in front of the house. ..This house is located in the center of Diklo.and so is the beach,across the apartment.the tennis court and the restaurant Taverna 50 M RANGE FROM THE HOUSE, as well as 2 caffes are located within 50m range from the house.the sea and the first beach are located right across the apartment.

Fantastičan položaj 200 m od trajektnog pristaništa, omogućuje gostima lako snalaženje i brz dolazak do samog objekta. Kuća je ograđena visokim, kamenim, zidovima koji jamče potpunu privatnost.Vrt je pun mediteranskog bilja u kojemu je smješteno dječje igralište. This villa is located directly on the beach. The house consists of 5 bedrooms, living room with dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bathrooms, roof terrace with jacuzzi for five person, sauna and gym. All rooms are air-conditioned and two rooms have a private bathroom. The house has a small tennis court, a football field and children playground.Our guests have private parking, free WiFi and barbecue. All contents are private.
