Newly renovated, bright and quiet 60m2 apartment in a prime location in the 7th district. Optimal connection via Bim and U-Bahn to all districts. Elevator available; as well as a fully equipped kitchen as well as a new washing machine. Numerous recommended restaurants, coffee houses and shops are right outside the front door – as well as a bakery, a (organic)supermarket, pharmacy and drugstores. close to the city center

Enjoy the simple life in this predominantly quiet and centrally located apartment. All the city's main facilities and squares are just a 10-minute walk away, as is the Donaulände. If you want to make a trip to the trade fair, the shuttle bus from the main railway station to the trade fair centre is just a few steps away. The close proximity to the railway station makes it easy to visit Austria´s capital Vienna. The fastest connection takes you to Stephansplatz in around 50 minutes.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Animals are also part of the family; one cat and a chicken with whom you are welcome to interact. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. In our single-family house in a quiet location, we offer our attic apartment for rent. You enter the house through the rear entrance and reach the staircase, which is also used by us. You will reach the attic, where the apartment is located. Here you have your own area with kitchen and bathroom. There is a double bed as well as a pull-out couch for two more people.
