Exceptional, beachfront house, waterfront, full of charm, large garden with umbrella pines, unique location on the bay of St. Florent, 1 km from the village of Saint-Florent. A gem for a magical vacation Deckchairs and umbrellas on the beach. Pontoon for docking by boat. The house consists of a kitchen open to an air-conditioned living room, 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, 2 of which are air-conditioned, as well as an independent studio on the non-air-conditioned upper floor.
