In the heart of Salento, close to the most important seaside resorts as Castro, Santa Cesarea, Santa Maria di Leuca, Otranto and other breath-taking Salento baroque places we rent out a very typical ancient (late XVII century) and bright vault apartment, all restored, around 100 squared meters big, situated in a very old courtyard dating back to the XVII century. The apartment has a brand new modern kitchen, a bathroom with tub, two huge bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single bed, though we are about to buy a sofa-bed, a living room with tv. The house is very fresh during summertime due to the very old and thick load-bearing walls. The apartment is very quiet and peaceful. A private parkplace is also included for free. The apartment still preserves the charme of the past, keypoint in the process of restauration,yet mixed with modernity like the kitchen and the bathroom. Huge, peaceful and airy rooms.THe house is located in the historical centre in a very quiet courtyard!suparmarket bars restaurants are all very close to the house!The house is located at the corner between via G.Verdi and via Borgo stairs n.L

Villa Ada Independent villa - heated private pool

Rural house, pajara, just renovated in the countryside, inside a 10thousand mq olive tree grove with abreath-taking panorama. Nicely furnished,full equipped with air condition, a big outside private pool with hydromassage ( 3.5x11 m) and kitchen area with accessories. The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house. Ideale soprattutto per famiglie con bambini per il grande giardino recintato un boschetto con amache messo a disposizione in cui i bambini possono giocare senza alcun pericolo nonché fare visita alle galline ai gatti e giocare con un cane.

Casa adatta anche a lunghi soggiorni, dotata di ogni comfort per il lavoro a distanza: wifi, postazione di lavoro, caminetto, riscaldamento autonomo. Dal fascino antico e il comfort moderno, arredata con mobili di famiglia, in un angolo appartato del centro storico. Le stanze sono ampie e con soffitti particolari, detti "a stella", tipici dell'architettura antica. Le scale interne sono ripide. Non adatta a chi ha difficoltà motorie e, per le sue peculiarità, a gruppi di ragazzi.
