From this year 2019 we have new roof, new windows and house isolation. In our yard we have our fast food Bartul, where you can eat, drink and relax.

It is a new apartment including two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room and a terace with a beautiful seaview. Located 50 m from the sea in a quiet area but close to the little towns of Rogoznica and Primošten to go for a dinner at the evening. You can buy all you need in shops or on local market in Rogoznica.
