Close to Dartmoor, beaches, golf courses, the A38, St Elizabeth’s House, Elfordleigh and Boringdon Hall. With a bus stop right outside the property.

This self-contained garden property offers high quality for a very low price. We offer a high-standard fully equipped, private annex, with a garden and brook. A simple breakfast is also provided! It’s a quiet location, on the edge of Plympton St Maurice. 4-min walk to Plympton Ridgeway with pubs, shops and restaurants There are 15 steps down to the Annex so it is not suitable for people with limited mobility or health issues.

Dartmoor National Park,local beaches and the gateway to Cornwall are a shortdrive away.Enjoy the SW coastal path ,the Historic Barbican and Plymouth Hoe. We are delighted to offer this unique garden/riverside lodge. The lodge is situated off the A38 at Marsh Mills, with great links into the centre, but offering a sense of tranquility. The lodge is tucked away in our well established, mature garden providing privacy. The river is tidal and home to various fish and birds. Guests are welcome to fish. You have a separate access, decked areas and sole use of hot tub. New is our yoga studio and wood fired sauna available for private bookings.

The Annexe at Roseland is a quiet, spacious, well equipped one bedroom bungalow with gated parking in South Hams. Close to the edge of Dartmoor for plenty of walking and cycling. It is a few minutes drive to the small town of Plympton with usual amenities and a little longer into the Ocean City of Plymouth. It is within 30 minutes of the beaches of South Devon and Cornwall. It is a sustainable residence, heated by Air Source Heat Pump and mainly powered by Solar panels and batteries.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. It is set in a conservation area and is overlooked by remains of a 12th century castle. It is a home that gives a warm hug throughout with green fields within a minutes walk and access to.some stunning beaches as well as easy access to Plymouth , Totnes, Ashburton and Dartmoor. There is a real ale pub within striking distance and restaurants close by as well as a public swimming pool. Nearest beach is 20 minutes by car.

The Retreat @ The Old Smithy is located perfectly for Gaia Spa @ Boringdon, Dartmor & with Plymouth city centre only 10 minutes away. The Retreat is a quirky and spacious home-from-home and we welcome guests to come and enjoy our corner of the world. There are three bedrooms, a living/dining room, a breakfasting kitchen and two bathrooms. There is off road parking for one car (with plenty more free parking in the area) and a small garden area for guests to enjoy.

Located a short drive (15 minutes) from Plymouth City Centre is this Ocean City Family Home. Perfectly positioned and sized for 1 large family or 2 small families to stay under the one roof. Self-contained accommodation recently decorated in converted barn in quiet cul-de-sac. Light living space with fully equipped kitchen including induction hob, small oven and microwave. Bathroom with shower & heated towel rail. Living area with double sofa bed and dining table.
