Our property sits just 15 minutes from Frenchman Lake, 25 minutes from Graeagle, and 30 minutes from Reno. Gaze at the mountains or just head to the USFS trails right out your front door. Maybe saunter into town?We are right in the East Quincy neighborhood! We own the bowling alley & restaurant, which is less than a mile away! The deer roam looking for apples from the many trees scattered about. There is a queen bed in bedroom. If needed we have a sofa bed. If traveling with more people we have a travel trailer for an additional cost. There is great privacy & fun at our Sierra Sanctuary

Indian Valley Cottage (Retreat)

This is a 570 sq ft building with BR, BA and living area. It is located in beautiful Indian Valley. Lots of wildlife including deer, turkey, bear, and geese. The Kitchenette has a coffee and tea maker, refrigerator, hot plate, electric skillet and microwave, and should have enough tools for you to make simple meals. I also provide a grill on the patio, some outdoor furniture so guests may enjoy coffee, tea, in the morning or another beverage while watching the stars at night.

A lot of parking and also a trailer space. This will be perfect for a single person or a couple. Great area to ride bikes, go golfing, even a pickleball/tennis court not far. Also not far from lakes and hiking. Please no pets.
