The apartment, bright, is nestled upstairs under sloping ceilings (limited height), bedroom on one side and equipped kitchen on the other. On the ground floor: independent entrance hall including the private shower room. The ground floor includes a common space with another cottage.

Completely renovated house, quietly located in a cul-de-sac, and 400 meters from the sea and the beaches of Plouarzel. The garden is enclosed, and has a terrace. The house is bright thanks to its bay windows opening onto the garden. The interior has a living room with open kitchen, a master suite with shower room and dressing room. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, an office and relaxation area as well as a bathroom.
