The property has a large enclosed garden where you will discover apple and kiwi trees, a natural water stream and the old Pigeon house of the town. It is the perfect place for your holidays.

Residence located in the village of Plomeur, five minutes from the tip of the torch and 1 minute from the city center (bakery, supermarket, shops...) Set in the middle of a 3000 m2 plot, it is surrounded by a wood and therefore not overlooked. You can enjoy the silence of the countryside, the birdsong and meals on the south-facing terrace. 3 bikes and 3 surfers are also available if you want to get around without a car or taste the pleasure of sliding.

Charming Breton house completely renovated by an architect in 2024. It is situated in a small charming hamlet in a quiet area with its 14th century chapel, pretty cottages and menhirs. The famous La Torche beach (world-famous surf spot) is a 20-minute walk away via a hiking trail. The house is located on our property, it is adjoining ours but has its own entrance and private enclosed garden of about 350 m2.

The annex of our house is located 25 minutes' walk from Pors Carn beach, close to the famous Torche surf spot. It is in the middle of a green setting. It has a ground floor of 33 m2, equipped kitchen and a bedroom of the same size upstairs with dressing room (a child's bed could easily be added). It also benefits from a beautiful private garden. Fiber WiFi. Lots of walks, and sites to visit in the area.

In Pont l'Abbé, shops within walking distance, 200 m from the GR34, apartment in an independent part of my house. The entrance is through a door at the back, you will be completely independent. It consists of a bedroom with a 140 bed, a bathtub and a sink, a second room with a sofa bed, a fridge, a stove, a microwave, a classic coffee maker and nespresso, kettle and kitchenware, a TV (chromecast)
