The airy interior features a floating staircase, walk-in rain showers, and underfloor heating. Prepare yourself a delicious meal in a fully equipped kitchen. Interesting two-floor interior consists of a living room, kitchen and a dining room combined, two bedrooms with own bathrooms, and a wide terrace with a sea view. The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably host five adults. Each bedroom has a double bed, closet and a working desk with a wireless charging lamp. Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Spacious terrace is perfect for relaxation on four loungers, for having early breakfast or a romantic dinner while enjoying the sea view, and the scent of the sea, pine and cypress trees. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, market, cafes, and bars. Located on Lapad peninsula, in a quiet part of Dubrovnik, dining recommendations include a fish restaurant, also called Orsan, in front of the apartment. The apartment is approximately 200 m away from the bus stop from which the bus number 6 will take you to the Old Town. There is a public parking space in front of the apartment, which is partly free of charge. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, cafes and bars. Located on Lapad peninsula, in a quiet part of Dubrovnik, dining recommendations include a fish restaurant, also called Orsan, in front of the apartment. Local market is very close where you can find delicious groceries for your meal.

Airy 2BR with seafront view! Chic&historical

Just 5 minutes of walking from Old City, this stylish home is located in Dubrovnik's most prestigious neighbourhood-Ploce, right across of 5 star hotel Excelsior and 1 minute from Banje Beach.Easy to find, no stairs on the street, the house was built in 1836 and stayed in the family. It's part of UNESCO World Heritage and it has been wonderfully restored; traditionally yet with modern touches.These spacious two rooms overlooking the sea, island of Lokrum and Old City will take your breath away.

Old town centar lovely apartment

This is a modern apartment situated in quiet area. It has a private entrance. Buza 2 cocktail bar and swimming point are 50 m away where you can have a drink and enjoy sunset or have a swim and cliff diving. Location of apartment is great. It takes 5 minutes to get to Old port where you can buy tickiet for one day trips to nearby islands. It takes around 10 minutes on foot to get to Banje beach, 5 minutes to entrance of city walls and less then 5 minutes to grocery store, museums, cathedral..
