Haïzaro is a recent house designed to be inhabited all year round, comfortable in winter and wide open to the sea and the garden. From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

Pleasant and functional house located 15 minutes from Saint-Cast-Le-Guildo (open beaches!) Erquy, Cap Fréhel, Fort la Latte, GR 34 and the customs trail. Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.
