The cottage, located in a magnificent 18th century stone manor, is ideally located in the heart of northern Brittany, not far from the sea and Mont St Michel, close to many tourist activities (Dinan, Dinard, St Malo…). It benefits from a setting that is at the same time green, quiet and relaxing for those who love the countryside, beautiful stone, animals and beautiful gardens and at the same time, the city of Dol de Bretagne, its market, its train station, its restaurants, is a 7-minute drive away

Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a totally independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from 26 June to 6 September.

House no. 1 is available to rent all year round. In winter you can spend cosy moments in front of the fireplace, and in summer you can enjoy the mildness of the garden and the calm of the surrounding area. With one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 3 single beds, the house is perfect for groups of up to 5 people. If you're planning to come as a group, don't forget to book wooden house no. 2 as well! The house is classified as a 3* furnished holiday home.

Love nature or animals? Come and recharge your batteries in our pretty Breton house located in the heart of an equestrian center. Ideally located 15min from St Malo and 35min from Mont Saint Michel, close to 2x2 lanes. Pets are allowed and welcome. Possibility of horse pensions or to enjoy the services of the equestrian center (walks, classes...) Lodging well-equipped and comfortable. Be careful, linens and towels are extra!

My accommodation "les cypres" is located in the village center of Miniac Morvan. Close to all shops, it is ideally located to visit st Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne... This independent apartment has been completely renovated lately.It has a living room,a bedroom, a bathroom,toilet, a privatized room (bikes, motorcycle, etc...as well as a small terrace. Ideal for a stay as a couple or with 1 child(umbrella bed)

Our SPA cottage is located near Mont Saint-Michel, Cancale and Saint-Malo. The nearest city center is Dol de Bretagne, 5 minutes away. The SPA is optional, it includes a jacuzzi, sauna and hammam. Stunning Shabby chic home on the Cotentin coast, decorated to a high standard. The cottage is on the grounds of a large villa. It is in the centre of a very small village which has a bakery, small convenience shop, cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk to the beach. This is a convenient location for the Mont St Michel and exploring the Brittany/Normandie border.
