Studio just a few minutes' walk from the slopes

Studio apartment in a residence surrounded by greenery, overlooking Mont Blanc. Slopes can be reached in a few minutes on foot through a shortcut that passes in front of the church of Pila. Facing south with a sunny terrace. Large outdoor condominium space. Private parking space in the condominium garage and very large adjoining cellar for ski, boot, bike and luggage storage. Playground. There is a soccer field and a tennis court but for any use you have to ask at the concierge.

Welcome to our attic! It is large and very, very comfortable, suitable for six people in addition to babies in a cot. The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms as well as a beautiful open space. A large walk-in closet is also available to guests. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi. In the bathrooms there are detergents (liquid soap, intimate detergent and shower shampoo) while soft towels are provided to each guest. Self check in is possible. Free parking.

Pila, both in summer and winter, is also accessible from Aosta via the cable car, which will bring you to within 200 meters of the apartment in just 20 minutes.
