El complejo tiene una bonita piscina, zonas ajardinadas, un gimnasio y una salida directa a la playa de Saladillo. El ático tiene 2 terrazas de 15 y 30 m2 y un solárium privado encima de la vivienda de unos 100m2 desde donde disfrutar unas espectaculares vistas de 360º al mar, las montañas de Marbella y Gibraltar.
