Cozy atmosphere to rest or work in peace

This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Peace reigns here.

Modern and stylish 1 bedroom apartment, right on the ocean coast, no buildings or streets in front of it, nothing to disturb the magnificent view and sound of the wawes! It's a dream holiday place if you seek for total relaxation of mind, to disconnect from stress and daily routine. Children friendly .Very nice and full furnished flat with large terrace in a private and well maintain complex. A. small and very quiet residential with heating swimming pool , tennis court and fantastic gardens . lFive minutes walk to the exclusive beaches area of Bahia del Duque , Grand luxe Hotels , Good Restaurants, international shopping centres. and amenities The all area has one of the best weather in Europe along the year, A lot of sports facilities golf , gliding, climbing ,sailing.

Cozy newly renovated flat with pool view. Located just 3 minutes from the sea. Close to Las Vistas and Los Tarajales beaches. It has a communal bar and swimming pool. Supermarket open daily and pharmacy 50 mtrs. Only 10 minutes from bus stop and 15 km from Tenerife Sur airport. The flat has a living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, bedroom, terrace and Wi-Fi. Nice for two people traveling alone or families with children. Ask me for special price.

Beachfront with spectacular views

Beachfront studio facing El Duque beach, on the 4th floor with incredible views. It has 3 swimming pools, two for adults (one heated), and another for children, a garden, and direct access to the promenade and beach. This studio is ideal for people who want to come to rest, or telecommute and enjoy the tranquility and good weather that it has throughout the year. It is rented by the month or season, and the price varies depending on the duration and time of year.

Very nice 2 bedroom apartment, completely renovated, large terrace with sunbeds, pool view, free WiFi The apartment is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, hairdryer, safe. Heated seawater pool, with paid sunbeds at 3 euros per day , and if you want more, the umbrella 1 euro and the mattress 1 euro for the day The beach is a few minutes walk away. The golf courses are about 15 minutes away.

The good life

Bright,serene, spacious... a space where time seems another, slower. Enjoy the sun and shade, work with the open house, immerse ourselves in the water, eat and dine outdoors, read, play, walk the beach, cook without a rush... the good life. As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are true luxury. A main space that opens completely to the terrace facing the sea, towards the sunset, in a very quiet environment.
