Spectacular views on the sea front, terraces, pool

"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.

Apartment with WIFI on the seafront in La Pineda. The apartment is on a 3rd floor with elevator. It consists of dining room with WIFI, fully equipped kitchen, large terrace overlooking the beach and the pool the opening of the pool is from (June to September ) It has community parking the only thing in July and August not ,due to the fact that there are more owners than parking places.
