This 44m2 studio/ apartment, located in a very quiet area of residential Begur and only a 20 minute walk to the town center. This fantastic studio offers a full equipped kitchen, beautiful spacious bathroom with large shower, WC and wash hand basin. "Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.
