Read the house rules and ask before booking. If there's a disturbance between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., the community will call the police and cancel the reservation. Simple apartment close to everything: Mercadona, health center, bars, pharmacy, train station, taxi, bus, banks, and prepared meals. 2 minutes from the port and 13 minutes from the beach (1.1 km). Nightclubs are 1-2 km away. Air conditioning, 500MB Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and Netflix. All guests will be asked for ID before entering.

Nice and large apartment in front of the Gandia's port and 10-15 minutes walking from Gandia beach. A cozy, newly renovated, spacious, quiet and bright apartment overlooking the port. It is the second floor of a building with only two apartments. It has 3 bedrooms with double beds, and a fourth as a living room. A bathroom, a kitchen and a dining room. Near the apartment there are supermarkets, bakeries, clothing stores... and the beach is a 5-minute walk away.

Mi Gaviota consists of a bedroom with two single beds, a living-dining room with a sofa bed, an open kitchen, a full bathroom with a shower, and a fantastic terrace with a dining area and a small chill-out area to relax and listen to the sea. Spectacular beachfront apartment. We are located on the first beach line in Tavernes de la Valldigna. Fully renovated 100m2 apartment, with all the necessary amenities to spend a few days of rest and tranquility with family and friends. The most spectacular thing is undoubtedly the sunrises on the terrace while drinking coffee or walking on the beach. Definitely a unique and reasonably priced experience! Lo que mas me gusta del apartamento es que está frente al mar y se ve la playa desde cualquier ventana de la casa. También me gusta que está muy despejado, sin edificios, ya que tiene 1 parques con jardines delante y otro en el lateral. Para estancias de más de 3 meses consultar precio más económico con la propiedad.
