The apartment is designed to offer both outdoor and indoor living; In summer, the living room and terrace follow an open view to the beach and mountains.

A beautiful apartment 200 meters from the beach

This cosy and newly renovated apartment is located only 200 meters from the beach, port and from the seafront by one of the greatest Gandia´s beach areas (North Beach). Very near from all available services such as shops, restaurants, supermarkets, local commerce and a free private car park space for middle sized cars inside the building. Apartment very clean and comfortable on all its spaces. Large terrace with clear views. Only for families. Young groups of party people are not allowed.

A spacious bedroom is presented with a large bed featuring a neutral-colored duvet. Two bedside tables with lamps are positioned on either side. Above the bed, a triptych artwork depicting a calm seascape adds color to the white walls, complemented by natural light from the window.

Simple apartment close to everything: Mercadona, health center, bars, pharmacy, train station, taxi, bus, banks, and prepared meals. 2 minutes from the port and 13 minutes from the beach (1.1 km). Nightclubs are 1-2 km away. Air conditioning, 300MB Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and Netflix. All guests will be asked for ID before entering.
