Just 100 m from the sandy beaches and port, the Casa Nao, a fisherman's house in the Baix la mar district, welcomes you. The house (130m2) was completely renovated in 2019 with roof terrace and fiber optic internet is located in the popular historical old town of Denia, a pedestrian zone with no traffic.
