Duplex climatisé de 43 m2 avec Wifi totalement rénové en 2025. Situé juste à coté de la Capitainerie, au 4 ème étage avec ascenseur. Au calme tout et proche des restaurants et commerces. Très belle vue dégagée sur le port. 2 chambres à l'étage - 1 petite chambre au RDC Place de parking privée au sein de la Résidence. Nous limitons l'accueil à 4 personnes maximum Attention : Draps et serviettes non fournis mais possibilité de louer le linge si souhaité.

Welcome aboard the Arion! Proud 30-foot sailboat, moored on a private pontoon. Although there is little traffic on this quiet dock, it is a few meters from the life of the port (shops, restaurants and yachting facilities...) The Arion has two double cabins, a kitchen area, a toilet with water point and a cozy living room. Guests can enjoy stunning views of the harbor and the sun's path from the outdoor terrace. I offer you large studio (30m2), located in the port Rive Gauche in Gruissan 150m from Grazel beach, on the 2nd floor, in a better wooded residence with a large swimming pool (open from June 1 to September 30) and solarium. Shops, restaurants, bakery nearby. The studio is equipped with a Rapido sofa bed,a TV, a washing machine and a dishwasher. The kitchen includes the fridge,microwave, induction plated, and cooking utensils.
