Located in a very typical and charming valley overlooked by Notre Dame de la Garde at 15 minutes walk from the Vieux Port and the beach. We enjoyed renovating the house and gardening to make it a cosy place both indoors and outdoors. Shops and public transportation around the corner, Saint Victor restaurants and bars very closeby, you will enjoy visiting the town walking and living outdoors in a very quiet sunny place. Typical of the old Marseille hilly area, access to the house by stairs.

This charming 50 m2 detached house is embellished with a large terrace with sea views and a 320 m2 garden. You will be in the front row for the Olympic sailing events, and 15 minutes from the Olympic soccer tournaments at the Stade Vélodrome. On foot you can reach the city center (MUCEM...) in 5 minutes by car Bus stops are 5 minutes from the accommodation.

A 72 m2 house and its terrace in the Vallon des Auffes, an emblematic place of Marseille: this small fishing port forms a multicolored village and offers a swimming opportunity 20 m from the house. The house is fully air-conditioned, has two bedrooms and has a large terrace with a view. The location is ideal for enjoying Marseille: right between the center of Marseille (Vieux Port) and the beaches and a 5-minute walk from Malmousque and its lovely food shops.
