Newly built guest house (2021) of 25 sqm plus sleeping loft. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included. Walking distance to Piteå city center (2 km), the hospital, Nolia, several of the soccer fields at Piteå Summer Games and swimming at Storträsket. The cottage is equipped with WiFi, smart TV, washing machine and A/C. Two people can sleep on the sofa bed (140 cm wide), two in the sleeping loft. Private balcony with sun most of the day. Parking is shared with the host family. In winter, there is the possibility to connect to an electric motor heater.

Härbret

The rustic "Härbret" with sleeping loft offers a cozy stay with the feeling of being close to nature. The kitchen area has a fridge, coffee maker and hotplates. The "Fireplace Room" with many windows has its own wood-burning fireplace that both heats and creates its own atmosphere. Magisk utsikt över havet, men ändå bara ca 15 minuter från Piteå centrum. Vintertid är det bara att promenera, åka skidor eller skoter ut på isen. För den skridskosugne plogas det även upp en isbana. Free access to bicycles, small boat and fishing equipment. Minimum 4 nights for booking unless otherwise agreed.

The cottage is located in a coastal village north of Piteå in a rural location. In the surroundings there are several smaller roads and paths that are nice to walk on. The sea is not far away with nice places to stay in both summer and winter. The landscape is characterized by traditional agricultural countryside. Many nice Norrbotten houses are nearby. The cottage is located next to our home but secluded.

Room with two beds in house

Room in my house with two beds, shared kitchen toilet and shower. I might be home, or not. Dog is living in the house, don't be allergic. She's really the best dog there is, very kind, makes no fuzz. If I'm not home, neither is dog. You have to weigh less that 100 kg due to wall mounted toilet. It WILL break otherwise.
