The treehouse is centrally located on the 66-acre property. It is near the bathroom, hot tub, duck pond, and our flock of chickens. It has 3 large screened windows and a sliding door. Enjoy your coffee and favorite adult beverage during golden hour on the wrap-around deck. The treehouse measures 8'x8' plus a 5'x8' loft for a total of 104 square feet of living area. You'll love the sunsets, and being immersed in nature. Bird and deer watching! Spring flowers and cozy fires! Goat and cow snuggles!

Tobias Cabin

This peaceful and centrally located cabin provides tranquility and relaxation in the Blue Mountains. The large wraparound porch surrounded by the lush landscape and natural beauty of the cold spring, creates an environment that you don’t want to miss. Spend your evening looking up at the stars in the hot tub or making s’mores over a fire creating lasting memories. If you choose to be adventurous there is hiking trails, biking, fishing, kayaking and several state parks with lakes nearby. Enjoy!

There is a Flying J Travel Plaza at 645 and 78 Restaurant/Subway Basement is unfinished , with a washer and dyer

A stocked trout stream runs through the property within easy walking distance.

Also, not for persons over 6'4", built by short people! Off-road parking available BEHIND house. For those with allergies: please note the house is next to a mountain and lots of "nature." The cabin is the original Settler's Cabin on the Gruber Homestead settled in 1737 by Henrich Gruber. The restoration combines the originality of the cabin with the modern amenities that make this a unique and comfortable getaway experience. Located on a rural property of 28 acres in Berks County, PA. Miniature donkeys and horses graze the pastures and add to the charm of the cabin. No pets allowed.
