the flat ( located on the 4th floor without a lift) It’s located in a area called Pigneto and is one of the most famous in Rome for former and newer filmmakers, because of its urbanistic and lifestyle. Just beside the flat, several restaurants, pizzerie and bars are available, and all of the them are much cheaper than in the touristic areas. If you want to walk only 2 minutes than you have a pedestrian area, at 15 minutes even "San Lorenzo" area and so on.
