Our house is lovingly and modernly furnished. The garden is spacious with a beautiful fire pit and swing and trampoline for the little ones. A new gas grill and lounge furniture are available on the covered patio area. The highlight is the large whirlpool on the covered terrace. One bedroom is already equipped with an orthopedic sleeping system based on a box spring bed and from around March 1st we will be offering an orthopedic WATERBED as an additional highlight for our guests suffering from back pain. We rent out our fully equipped 50 sqm apartment. It has 2 rooms, kitchen and shower room. In addition, a covered terrace and a sun deck can also be used. A barbecue and WiFi are available. The apartment is suitable for 4 people + 1 child on (extra mattress) There is a double bed (180 cm) and a pull-out sofa bed (160 cm) in the living room. Furniture is allergy-friendly; see the pictures. Heidepark is a 20-minute walk away, and the Wolterdingen train station is a 15-minute walk away.

Our village is 10 km from the equestrian town of Verden, right on the Weser-Aller cycle path and a five-minute walk to the river. Children and dogs are welcome.
