The flat is located in the direct city center, in the pedestrian zone, just a few steps from the park, restaurant, bars and shopping center Aupark. The spa island is 5 min walk. The flat consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a pull out couch, a living room with a large sofa and a TV, a small dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The flat is in the courtyard of an apartment building and therefore very quiet. In the summer there is the possibility of sitting on the terrace.

Wooden house in the nature

Our wooden house was made by my grandfather 50 years ago. It consists from living room with fire place, folding sofa bed for 2 persons, small kitchen, bathroom and on the first floor there is one bedroom with a king bed and 3 single beds. During your stay in our wooden hut you could see squirrels, forest birds, stag beetle, salamanders, hedgehogs, and different animals... deers come for visit sometimes. It is located in recreational area of Harmónia near Modra.

The city center is 12 mins away by walk or 3 mins. drive by car or taxi. The public parking space is 200 meters from the property. The house offers a generous 110 m² of living space, complemented by an expansive 200 m² garden, providing ample room for outdoor activities and relaxation.

You can get to the city center from us in 10 minutes. You need the same time to the train and bus station. In close proximity you will also find a grocery and cinema shopping centre, a city park on one side, a forest park and a birch tree on the other.
