Our barrier free home is located in a modern, family oriented development, Lodenica. We are a 2 min drive/10 min walk via a beautiful and protected wheelchair path to the Adeli Medical Centre. NO SMOKING INSIDE PLEASE NOTE that we have two adult cats that are members of our family they were both born here and are extremely friendly. they are indoor/outdoor and it is very easy to take care of them. they love children. if you are not comfortable with cats please do not send a request. NO PETS.

Pozostáva zo samostatnej kúpeľne so sprchovým kútom, z plne vybavenej kuchyne a z obývacej časti, kde sa nachádza gauč, ktorý sa po rozložení zmení na plnohodnotné spacie lôžko s rozmermi 180 x 200 cm (22 cm výška matraca). K apartmánu patrí aj balkón s posedením. Hostia môžu taktiež využívať vonkajší bazén s terasou a ležadlami na slnenie (predpokladané spustenie do prevádzky leto 2025) a mestské bicykle, ktoré ponúkame pre hostí zdarma.

Dear applicants, our cottage is located in the recreational center Zelená voda on the outskirts of Nové Mesto nad Váhom. The cottage has 3 bedrooms with 8 beds, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, kettle and kitchenware. The cottage is about 150 meters from the lake with two beaches, where you can use tennis and volleyball courts, water bike rentals, buffets and other services. If you feel like it, there are also 2 restaurants about 50 meters from the cottage.

NOT SUITABLE FOR LOUD, ALCOHOL BASED PARTIES, FESTIVAL SLEEP OVERS OR EVENTS. Not just accommodation but an experience in nature. 3 minute drive/15 minute walk to town center. My home in the trees (I live here, not just an airbnb rental for profit, I will be travelling) overlooks the lake in a tranquil area with a large garden, orchard and fruit trees. WE HAVE 2, VERY FRIENDLY, 4 YEAR OLD CATS LIVING OUTSIDE IN THE GARDEN. if you don't like cats please do not send a request.

The house is situated in the back if our yard, separated by trees and garden from our family house, to maintain your privacy. The shower is only in the main house, but its not a problem to use it... :) We have a nice jacuzzi, which you can use anytime :) Moderny dom s peknym vyhladom situovany na konci zahrady. Ekologicky, produkujeme vlastnu elektriku, zberame dazdovu vodu, ohrev vody solarom.
